    HRMD92 series explosion-proof distribution panel is an explosion-proof & corrosion-resistant product newly developed by Warom with heart and soul. Now it obtained IECEx certificate and ATEX certificate( Ex-mark: IECEx Ex db IIB+H2 T□Gb/Ex db [ib] IIB+H2 T□Gb/Ex tb IIIC T□Gb IP66/ II 2 G Ex db IIB+H2 T□Gb/ATEX II 2 G Ex db [ib] IIB+H2 T□Gb/II 2 D Ex tb IIIC T□Gb IP66).           The maximum rated voltage and current of HRMD92 are 1000VAC50/60Hz and 1200A respectively. The designed ambient temperature range is -60℃~+60℃ and IP rating reaches IP66. The material of enclosure is stainless steel with good corrosion resistant performance for acid and alkali environment. It can be used in various severe environments such as environment with high and low temperature, dusty environment and marine environment. These outstanding features make HRMD92 as first choice for petrochemical, ship and marine engineering industries.     Equipped with special hinge structure, it can prevent the flameproof joints of the enclosure from damage when opening and closing the box, which greatly extends the service life of distribution Box. The boxes can be installed through free combination and customized according to client’s requirements. Inside the box, different kinds of electrical components can be mounted, such as circuit breaker, contactor, electronic component, frequency converter, soft starter, display screen, etc. All the indexes conform to requirements of power dissipation and mechanical strength of enclosure as well as applying principle of explosion-proof certificate.           IECEx certificate is the most widely accepted explosion-proof system certificate in the world. ATEX certificate is an access card of entering Europe market. Through obtaining such two international explosion-proof certificates, Warom not only expanded application area of our products, but also increased reliable selection ranges for our clients.    

    With automatic filtering and dust removal, environmental protection and energy saving advantages. Constantly strike the surface of enclosure, clean the surface by removing oxide coating, grease and burrs. On 8th Jan. 2021, Warom Foreign Trade Center held the Annual meeting of 2020 and KOM 2021. Heads of the sales departments were all made a summary report on 2020 and the work deployment of 2021.     At the meeting, the International Business Director Mr. Shen said the sales volume of 2020 foreign trade made a high record, it has increased 1/3 with that in 2019. Mr. Shen said that in 2021, with such a severe situation, Warom's sales performance is increasing instead of reducing, which proved that Warom is Strong enough. Under the influence of the COVID-19, we were unable to go abroad to meet our customers, but we did not stop and were shortlisted for PAK-Arab Refinery Company Ltd, Polish Oil, SRC, Pemex, YPF, Hailin, McDermott, ACWA...   At the end, Mr. Shen issued the sales target of 2021 and said: hope that all the colleagues at Foreign Trade Center will continue to work hard and create a brilliant future of 2021!

On Dec 8th, an emergency drill for certain situation was held by WAROM China, sponsored by Jiading Work Safety Committee and Jiading Emergency Management Bureau, co-organized by Xuhang Town government. The drill aimed at dealing with two different emergency situations, natural gas leaking and combustible dust explosion.When the leaking occurred, all personnel should evacuate immediately while hear the alarm. The security of factory should report this accident and put on mask, try to shut off devices or valves to prevent secondary hazard.The nearest fire station comes to take the situation under control. The emergency drills are expected to improve personnel’s response ability to actual emergencies.     

In order to systematically improve the quality of enterprise management, meet the needs of corporate strategy, improve the capacity of employees and create a full of learning atmosphere. Warom conducted a three-month comprehensive systematic training from September to November.  The training content mainly includes project bidding, daily inquiry and document training, market development training, project implementation training, logistics and after-sales service training and some technical service related training, and so on. In order to test the training effect, there will be a question session at the end of each training.   Hope that through those training, combined with their own reflection, can enhance the professional level of Warom whole foreign trade team in practice.
