Low pressure casting is a casting method in which liquid alloy is pressed from bottom to top into the mold cavity and solidified under pressure.The production process of low pressure casting includes the following four basic processes:1) Aluminum ingot smelting and preparation of moulds.2) Preparation before pouring: including crucible seal (assembly of sealing cover), slag scraping in the rising pipe, measurement of liquid level  height, sealing test, mold matching, fastening mold or casting mold, etc.3) Pouring: including liquid lifting, mold filling, pressure boosting, solidification, pressure relief and cooling, etc.4) Demoulding: including loose mold demoulding and casting removal. On March 15, 2021, Warom organized the Supplier Conference 2021 following the Agents Conference of March 8th-10th, 2021.The purchasing center organized this conference and invited more than 100 major suppliers to attend, have all the suppliers visited the factory and exhibition hall. From March 8th-10th, 2021, Warom held the "2021 Kick-Off Meeting of Factory Explosion-proof Division" with "main venue + remote participation". On 8th Jan. 2021, Warom Foreign Trade Center held the Annual meeting of 2020 and KOM 2021. Heads of the sales departments were all made a summary report on 2020 and the work deployment of 2021.     At the meeting, the International Business Director Mr. Shen said the sales volume of 2020 foreign trade made a high record, it has increased 1/3 with that in 2019. Mr. Shen said that in 2021, with such a severe situation, Warom's sales performance is increasing instead of reducing, which proved that Warom is Strong enough. Under the influence of the COVID-19, we were unable to go abroad to meet our customers, but we did not stop and were shortlisted for PAK-Arab Refinery Company Ltd, Polish Oil, SRC, Pemex, YPF, Hailin, McDermott, ACWA...   At the end, Mr. Shen issued the sales target of 2021 and said: hope that all the colleagues at Foreign Trade Center will continue to work hard and create a brilliant future of 2021!
