On August 4th, Warom Foreign Trade Center organized a group building activity, and various departments appeared with carefully prepared programs, including chorus, dance, situational dramas, interesting competitive games and so on. The foreign trade sales team created and composed and performed the chorus "Sales of a family", singing the daily work of the post's adherence and unity, sincere, and full of positive energy, inspiring! The scene drama "Journey to the West to Fight Monsters in English Dubbing Version", which is written and performed by the Asia-Pacific operation team, is novel and lively, and integrates the basic skills of daily work in oral English training, which is very enjoyable to watch. And in the canvassing process, the "children's street dance performance" brought by the employees' families reflects the harmonious atmosphere of the foreign trade team and enhances the employees' sense of belonging to the enterprise. The Far East and European and American operation teams brought interesting competitive games "Dragon Sea" and "Euro dollar pound Rouble Radish Squat", which were interesting and contained profound teamwork and communication skills, so that every participant benefited a lot. The Middle East and Africa operation team presented the song chorus "Loyalty to the country", and the colleagues on business trips overseas participated in the chorus remotely, singing with melodious and sonorous songs, the foreign trade team for the development of Warom's high morale. The northern and ordinary business operation team sent the fun game "Magic Circle Banana", easy and interesting, full of jokes, not only brought happiness to everyone, but also highlighted the teamwork spirit of mutual cooperation and dare to fight. The southern operation team brought the fun game "Table tennis Chopsticks Relay", which not only requires patience and skills, but also tests the ability of teamwork, so that everyone can feel the strength of the team in the cheerful game atmosphere. Marine operation team brings a heartwarming classic song "Friends", which resonates with everyone: One team, one goal; Struggle together, grow together; Together, create a better future! Each operation team selected three representatives of newly recruited young employees since 2023 to form a team and conducted a knowledge competition. The participating teams responded calmly and carefully, and completed the exam within the specified time, showing the enthusiasm for learning and solid knowledge foundation of young employees in the new era. Finally, we had the exciting awards session, which once again brought the atmosphere to a climax. People together called a party, the heart together called a team. This group building activity enhanced the feelings of each other, enhanced the team cohesion, and injected passion and motivation for the partners to better put into work.

The company's headquarters administrative management center united labor union held the 2024 Warom Corporate Culture Knowledge Contest in late July. Mr. Li Jiang(general manager)delivered a speech for the event. Mr. Li said that corporate culture is the soul of the enterprise and the cornerstone of growth, managers only play the company's efficiency to the extreme, and employees are the company's most valuable wealth, but also the disseminator and practitioner of corporate culture, need everyone's active participation and practice. This competition is the enterprise culture knowledge competition system, a total of 5 games, each game has 3 teams to participate in the answer. The scene atmosphere is tense and intense, the contestants are in high spirits, full of vigor, in the face of challenges, they calmly respond, accurate answer, fully show everyone's knowledge of corporate culture. On June 14, 2024, Warom Technology Co., LTD. 's "International Explosion-proof Technology Vietnam Special Symposium" was held in the auditorium of Vietnam National Fire University.   The conference was jointly organized by our company, the University of Fire Prevention and Fighting of Vietnam and the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam. Experts and professors from the Vietnam National Fire University, Ministry of Public Security, Viet Nam Fire & Rescue Association, and from the PVN, PECC1-EVN, Petrolimex, Lilama, Narime, University of mining and geology technical engineers, quality inspection and procurement personnel, local petrochemical project maintenance contractors, equipment suppliers and dozens of units, a total of more than 300 people attended the forum.        Starting from the causes of explosion and fire, the symposium showed in detail the application and core technology of traditional explosion-proof products such as explosion-proof lighting and explosion-proof electrical appliances in terms of the standardized design and installation of explosion-proof equipment, and the advantages and applications of new safety intelligent explosion-proof equipment. In particular, the "SCS safety intelligent control system" solution developed and applied by our company and related software and hardware products are also interpreted.
